I just watched this video via Facebook--Linda, it made me think of you in particular, given your project, but I think others will find it interesting as well. What I particularly like is that they ask diners to order in sign language (regardless of their hearing ability), instead of expecting the wait staff (all of whom are deaf) to adapt.
Love it! What a great idea Thanks for sharing this. It’s great how it is opening doors and opportunity for careers and work for the deaf community. Canada is behind the eight ball on this one for sure. The U.S. should learn from this idea and open one in a major city. I’m sure that it would do extremely well. Thanks again. -Patrick
