This week I have been looking over my information and analyzing how I am going to put it into a final project. Like I said earlier this is the hardest part for me personally. I have all this great Intel but it is hard for me to organize the information into a final piece. I have previously used PowerPoint for most of my projects but I would like to maybe try something different something outside of my comfort zone since this is what this class has already done for me. If anyone has any other ideas I would love to hear from you.

ReplyDeleteI am in the same thought process.. I have always used power point to present my work, but now I am considering doing something new and exciting. The problem I am having with trying something new is it typically revolves around trial and error. At this point, I do not really have time for error and it worries me that I will not be able to carry out my project the way I envision. However, if I do come across any ideas I will be sure to share them!
Try photovoice or a making a video. We made our first video ever in Dr. G's Methods class. It took a lot of time but it is one of my proudest accomplishments. It is FAR from perfect but I can always look back at it and feel proud.
ReplyDeleteSome of the ideas that were presented in class may help you as well, crativavist, photbooth, Imovie and Iphoto, garage band, you can do animated slides to show photo's. One of the books Sean told us about was "Digital Story Telling" By Joe Lambert- it looks like a great book to look into. The other two books he brought with him was The Dragonfly Effect by Jennifer Aflker, and The New Digital Storytelling, by Alexander. Good luck!
